PANews 9月16日消息，Strategy创始人Michael Saylor表示，随着《CLARITY法案》受阻，他预计美国证券交易委员会(SEC)、商品期货交易委员会(CFTC)及财政部将依据现行法律继续推进数字资产监管规则，无需等待国会完成立法。预计银行将扩大比特币托管及以比特币为抵押的贷款业务，更多资金也将流向比特币和数字信贷。预计《GENIUS法案》将支持稳定币的进一步采用，加密行业发展不必因《CLARITY法案》停滞而暂停。
