PANews 9月23日消息，据Globenewswire报道，纳斯达克上市Solana财库公司Forward Industries宣布，已与一家机构投资者签署证券购买协议，拟以每股8美元发行312.5万股普通股，预计募资总额约2500万美元，扣除配售代理费用及其他发行支出前计算。此次发行预计于9月24日左右完成。 Forward Industries表示，募资净额将用于购买更多SOL，以扩大SOL财库规模，同时提高每股完全摊薄股份对应的SOL数量。A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners担任此次发行的唯一配售代理。
Glassnode：比特币本轮熊市已偏离“四年周期”，深跌可能性下降
PANews 9月23日消息，Glassnode发文称，随着时间推移，本轮行情后期再出现过去周期同等深度的下跌似乎越来越不太可能。市场此前依赖的比特币“四年周期”规律并未在本轮熊市中得到体现。数据显示，过去三轮周期的回撤幅度均超过本轮两倍，且距离周期低点仍有数周时间；相比之下，本轮BTC目前仅较历史高点回落约30%，且价格正在回升。
