PANews 9月15日消息，据GlobeNewswire报道，Solana数字资产财库公司Forward Industries（纳斯达克代码：FWDI）宣布，已向SkyAI董事会提交更新后的非约束性收购提案，拟收购其全部已发行及流通普通股。根据提案，SkyAI股东可选择以现金、Forward普通股或两者组合的方式获得对价，每股SkyAI对应0.306股Forward的价值。按Forward 9月14日6.95美元的收盘价计算，对价约为每股SkyAI 2.13美元，较SkyAI当日1.42美元的收盘价溢价50%。Forward要求SkyAI董事会在9月25日美东时间17:00前回应。
