PANews 9月15日消息，据Crypto Briefing报道，英国比特币财务公司The Smarter Web Company拟在伦敦证券交易所主板发行永续优先股，代码MORE，目标募资1500万至2500万英镑，认购不足1000万英镑则不予成行，并需至少三家做市商参与。该优先股支付累积浮动周息，享清算优先权、公司保留赎回权，但无表决权。SWC现持2878枚比特币，7月经高等法院批准削减2.1亿英镑股本溢价后，可分配储备约1.325亿英镑用于派息。方案9月28日交股东表决，仍需FCA批准招股书。
