PANews 9月8日消息，据CoinDesk报道，Metaplanet首席执行官Simon Gerovich回应股权激励计划及股东MMXX Ventures相关争议，承认公司未充分解释第10系列股票认购权安排，并称自己是MMXX母公司的重要但非控股股东，不参与其交易决策。 该激励计划原设定相当于公司全面摊薄股本20%的奖励池，随公司增发而扩大。Metaplanet于8月取消浮动调整机制，将奖励池固定在约3.19亿股，并设置五年锁定期，但未将规模调回采用比特币财库策略时的水平。
