PANews 9月9日消息，据Bitcoin News报道，Liquid网络约4,000枚BTC被盗事件中，黑客组织在链上消息中指责Blockstream仅投入150万美元保障50亿美元资产安全，要求Blockstream以自有资金支付10%漏洞赏金，并警告拒绝将导致持有者损失15%。黑客还表示将公布解密此前对话所需的私钥。此前该组织已归还3,400枚BTC，仍有约600枚未归还。
