PANews 10月26日消息，据CoinDesk报道，XRP财库公司Evernorth拟通过与Cantor Fitzgerald关联公司达成的承诺股权融资安排筹集约8070万美元，资金拟用于包括购买XRP在内的一般公司用途。公司目前持有约4.73亿枚XRP。 Evernorth于10月23日提交的SEC文件显示，公司有权在满足相关条件后，分批向CF Principal Investments出售最多约521.9万股新发行普通股。按10月22日每股15.46美元收盘价估算，对应约8070万美元；实际融资金额取决于售股数量及成交价格，并非已完成融资或购币。
