PANews 9月14日消息，据Globenewswire报道，DeFi Development Corp.（Nasdaq: DFDV）宣布其SOL储备增加55491枚，总量达约238.89万枚SOL及SOL等价物，较2026年8月27日增长约2%。公司同时设立规模最高3亿美元的场内发行计划，用于其C系列永久优先股CHAD，发行价预计不低于每股10美元的面值，净收益主要用于增持SOL。本季度至今，SOL表现超过纳斯达克100指数39%，DFDV同期表现是SOL的2倍。CEO Joseph Onorati表示，该计划使公司具备将CHAD扩展为新的增长引擎的结构，发行价将不低于10美元面值。
