PANews 10月8日消息，据CoinDesk报道，Cardano基金会宣布将旗下数字身份项目Veridian分拆为独立的瑞士公司，并使用Cardano网络新推出的可编程代币标准CIP-0113，将其100万股股份中的大部分代币化上链。Veridian成为首家采用该标准进行股权代币化的公司，但代币化股份并未向公众发售。基金会CEO、同时担任Veridian董事长的Frederik Gregaard表示，公司计划于2027年寻求战略投资者。
