PANews 9月18日消息，据CoinDesk报道，XRP 财库管理公司 Evernorth 通过发行可转换债券融资3000万美元，投资方为韩国机构投资者 NH Investment & Securities。本次融资以 Evernorth 与 SPAC 的合并成功为前提，募集资金将用于在其纳斯达克挂牌前提前购入 XRP 现货，合并完成后公司拟以代码“XRPN”在纳斯达克上市。
