PANews 9月18日消息，Anthony Pompliano 旗下比特币财库公司 ProCap Financial 被纳入罗素 2000 指数（Russell 2000）和罗素 3000 指数（Russell 3000）。该变动将于 9 月 21 日（下周一）美国股市开盘时生效。此前公司已宣布，将于 9 月 22 日更名为 Silvia, Inc.，股票代码变更为“SVIA”。
