PANews 9月15日消息，据Aquis交易所公告，英国比特币财库公司Stack BTC已签署非约束性条款，拟以最高1200万英镑收购伦敦贵金属交易商DB London Ltd（以Direct Bullion名义运营）。拟议对价包括完成交易时支付300万英镑现金、约400万英镑新股，以及合计约500万英镑的业绩对赌款；相关股份发行价不低于每股6便士，并设四年锁定期。Direct Bullion截至2026年1月31日止年度经审计营收为5210万英镑、税后利润215万英镑，三年营收增长288%。
