PANews 9月16日消息，据CoinDesk报道，拉丁美洲电信运营商VIVA正在通过新网络Iris将部分金融基础设施上链。Iris旨在帮助移动运营商将客户关系和分销网络转化为支付及其他金融服务。VIVA在玻利维亚运营超过25年，近期扩展至墨西哥，是首个在Iris上线的运营商，正使用由稳定币基础设施公司Agora发行的美元支持稳定币USDi结算交易，并以美元而非当地货币持有符合条件的运营储备。
