PANews 11月4日消息，据 Scroll 治理论坛，Scroll 发布协议升级提案，请求 DAO 一并批准两项内容：将网络转型为面向隐私 AI 的许可制应用专用网络，并将 SCR 迁移至以太坊主网。若提案通过，将由 Scroll 基金会主导实施。新网络将支撑 Compass、CENO、USX 等 AI 产品，用于隐私交互、凭证管理、智能体（Agent）工作流与支付结算。提案称，SCR 供应量与代币经济模型不变，并保留治理职能。网络升级计划于年底进行，升级后仍支持跨链桥。
