PANews 11月7日消息，据Bloomingbit报道，比特币基础设施公司Blockstream在11月5日发布的第三季度业务更新中表示，比特币可通过采用新的数字签名技术，为未来量子计算机攻击做准备。Blockstream团队此前在8月发布报告，比较了Dilithium、Falcon和Hawk三种基于格的签名方案。 研究人员评估认为，Falcon-1024在数据大小、验证速度及其安全基础的成熟度之间提供了最佳平衡，称“如果今天必须为比特币选择一种基于格的签名方案，我们会选Falcon-1024”。
