PANews 10月16日消息，据Bitcoin News报道，法国议员在2027年预算讨论中提出多项数字资产税收修正案。一是将现行31.4%资本利得税扩展至比特币兑换稳定币的交易，范围限于符合MiCA电子货币代币定义的稳定币，如USDC。二是对持有超80万欧元数字资产、并将税务居所迁出法国者征收退出税。三是要求申报价值至少10万欧元的自托管持仓，违规最高罚款1万欧元。四是允许亏损结转10年。国民议会财政委员会10月9日以31比3否决预算收入部分，相关修正案需重新提交。收入部分原定10月20日表决，目前均未成为法律。
