PANews 9月19日消息，据Bitcoin.com News报道，越南计划在 2026 年根据试点法律框架发放首批加密资产服务提供商牌照，并允许首批数字资产平台开始运营。越南国家证券委员会（SSC）主席 Vu Thi Chan Phuong 表示，监管机制参考 FATF 建议及欧盟模式，重点关注风险管理、投资者资产保护和反洗钱。
