PANews 11月5日消息，币安在 Arbitrum 治理论坛发起提案，申请将 Arbitrum One 上被冻结的 8,425.997 枚 ETH 和 74,559,805.2 枚 ARB 返还至币安指定的恢复地址，用于补偿受影响用户。这些资金由 Arbitrum 安全委员会在币安热钱包遭攻击后紧急冻结，并转移至特定地址。提案目前处于论坛讨论阶段，后续须经过 Snapshot 意向投票及链上治理流程，整个流程预计约 49 天。若存在限制资产转移的法律程序，相关流程可能延长。提案不涉及 DAO 新增资金支出。
